As many of you know I'm pretty careful of my carbon footprint. I’ve done a lot of reviews for “green” products and I really enjoyed all of them. I was lucky enough to work with a great new company called ShaveMOB for my latest “green” review.

ShaveMOB is a cool new company that ships changeable razorblades monthly right to your doorstep. That means no more throwing away a razor each time you’re done with it thus, lightening your carbon footprint. To top off this awesome way to go green, each ShaveMOB package is shipped in 100% recycled, low impact packaging!

I love this packing, it makes me think of banking tubes.

Now Jess you might say, its awesome that this helps lower my carbon footprint but how do the razors actually work? I mean that’s honestly the important part of this review right? No matter how green something is, if it doesn’t work, it’s not a good product. Well have no fear readers! ShaveMOB razors work great!

Josh and I were lucky enough to receive 3 different types of razor cartridges from of ShaveMOB as well as a razor handle. Josh does most of the shaving in our household so we went with the men’s line of razors, but there is a line designed for women too. Josh shaves his face daily for work and has some pretty sensitive skin but he really liked the Caveman 6 blade razor the best. It left his face smooth and irritation free. He also shaves his head and this razor did an awesome job without cutting him which his other name brand razor almost always does.

I chose to try all three razors because as I'm sure you ladies know, I feel like men’s razors almost always work better than ladies razors. (I can’t say how ShaveMOB's ladies razors work because we didn’t use them for this review) I tried the Caveman 6 blade razor, the Average Joe 4 blade razor, and the Baby Face 3 blade razor. I liked the Average Joe blade and the Caveman blade, but the Baby Face was my favorite. It left my legs super smooth and I didn’t get any razor burn like my normal blades have a tendency to do. I also really liked the fact that I didn’t cut myself with any of the blades. I'm on blood thinner so shaving can be treacherous for me and with ShaveMOB, my legs were safe and sound, even with the 6 blade Caveman razor!

Not only are the ShaveMOB razors good, but he price of ShaveMOB razors is awesome too! My husbands name brand changeable razors cost around $20 per pack, which I think is just insane! ShaveMOB's monthly rates start at $2.00 a month. JUST $2.00!!!!! Because Josh shaves his face every day and he shaves his head regularly we go through a lot of razors switching to ShaveMOB would give us a savings of over $100.00 a year for just Josh’s razors, that savings doesn’t even include my razor costs. Pretty awesome if you ask me. The women’s ShaveMOB line is just as inexpensive.

It sounds good because it's convenient and reasonably priced. Razors can get expensive and it's really so much better to replace them often.

because my husband uses so many razors that I cant keep up...and also knicks himself a lot so these would be great

My husband just switched from electric shaving to razor shaving. We seem to be spending a lot of money on razors. It would be nice to save some money with ShaveMob. Maybe he would also discover a razor that works better for him.

It's nice that there are so many options so you can pick the shaver that's just right for you.
