I can't believe how quickly the weeks are passing by this school year. It seems like it all just started back up again for the 2013-14 school year, and Christmas is just two months away! This is our family's busy season. From early October through the end of Decemer, we don't see each other a whole lot, or get in much quality family time. One of the best things we do during the week, is take time to have Sunday lunch together as a family. We often meet my parents, and my husband's mom at a local restaurant and grab a meal together, so we can enjoy some good food and catch up with each other!
One of the places we love to meet up after church on Sunday, is Arby's! It's always crowded, but we don't care... we love their food and enjoy the clean, Christian atmosphere in our local Arby's restaurant. Plus, we have another reason to visit Arby's- they just introduced their new Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich, which is cooked low and slow- thirteen hours, in fact! This tasty sandwich is piled high with slow smoked brisket, and topped off with smoked Gouda cheese, crispy onions, BBQ sauce and mayo, and is served up on a bakery style bun! I'm drooling, just thinking about this sandwich!
Doesn't this look incredible? Grabbing a quick meal doesn't have to mean stuffing your face and tummy with a greasy burger. Fast food should still be good, and taste good. Arby's is notorious for introducing its patrons to new menu options that will have them coming back for more! I can't wait to try this new Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich the next time I'm at Arby's!
