Being a mom again I was pretty well prepared. I knew I was going to nurse my newest addition, just like I did my other two. Nursing is tough in the beginning, sore, irritated nipples and uncomfortable breasts, and I also know that leaking is going to occur. I needed something to protect me from being uncomfortable, sore, and from anything embarrassing that might leak while out in public and also protect my bedding at night. I had already stocked up on disposable breast pads, because that is what I had used previously, but then we were in contact with a baby friendly company called Bamboobies.

Bamboobies is an amazing company created by Kerry, a mom who has been there, experienced that when it comes to nursing her kids. With a strong business background, she set out to create products that help support other breastfeeding moms through one of the many challenges of motherhood.

After being in contact with Becky, she gladly agreed to partner with us and showcase two of Bamboobies washable nursing pads. She was very easy to work with, pleasant, and provided me with all of the information I needed. I received my products quickly and couldn't wait for baby to get here so we could get to using them.

My package from Bamboobies has arrived!

My package included two different pads to try in a Combo Sample Pack.

They were packaged very nicely inside this adorable pack. I love the pink lady with the heart breasts, a perfect symbol for the love a mother has for her baby.

Inside the Combo Pack, which retails for $11.99, I found one pair of regular pads (heart shaped) and one pair of overnight pads (circular shaped). There was also a few instructional inserts to give us even more information.

I made sure to machine wash and dry my Bamboobies so they would be ready to wear when baby arrived. They were very soft and fluffy! I love the fact that these are washable, reusable breast pads!

The Overnight Bamboobies are a light blue color on one side and creamy white on the other. They can be purchased in a variety of options and amounts.

The overnights are made of a thick layer of ultra-soft and soothing organic cotton and bamboo rayon velour with an inner layer of hemp and organic cotton. They are amazingly soft and feel great against the skin, make sure you place the soft side on your skin. They are a great size and circular shape and provide full coverage for longer periods of time. I love using these overnight, I wake feeling dry and not once have there been any issues with leakage. They also feel great when I am sore, they don't rub or irritate, which is wonderful after nursing all day long. Even though they are overnights, they do not show through my clothing and stay in place well.

The Regular Bamboobies are a light pink color on one side and creamy white on the other. They are also heart shaped. They can be purchased in a variety of options and amounts. They also come in black or hot pink in the multi pack.

The regulars are made of ultra-soft and soothing organic cotton and bamboo rayon velour with an inner layer of hemp and organic cotton. They are very soft and comfortable against the skin. I love the heart shape, fits right over the breast in just the perfect fit, you can wear them up or down to best fit your breast. They are thin yet offer amazing leakage protection. I have worn these with confidence throughout the day on many occasions. I have never leaked through and have felt dry throughout the day. They do not show through my shirts, even the thinnest tees, unlike some of the disposables I have tried in the past.

I have been nursing for around 10 weeks now and still leaking a small amount. I am fully confident wearing both the regular and overnight pads and knowing that they will protect my clothing and bedding from any leaks I may have. While I still use my disposables on occasion, because I have a ton of them, I truly love the Bamboobies Washable Nursing Pads and would recommend them to anyone who is nursing and looking for a cleaner, easier, and more Earth friendly way to protect themselves.
