Summer Style is Waiting for Your Littles at Sophia's Style (Review + $40 GC Giveaway)

Well gang, I am freshly home from our very first beach vacation of the season, and am excited to wish you a happy summer! We had a very relaxing trip, and I am proud to announce that we hardly did any shopping! Normally, I wind up having to shop for a bunch of new clothing for my two-year-old before we go on vaca, but this summer, I was able to snag some super adorable t-shirts for B at some incredible prices from a charming little online boutique, which I know you're going to fall in love with.

Sophia's Style was founded back in 2006, by owners and parents, Janke and Belinda North. Inspired by her daughter's keen sense of style, Belinda quickly realized that there were few online shops that offered the adorable boutique style clothing that was best suited for her tiny fashionista, so she took matters into her own hands, an with her husband's help, the Norths launched Sophia's Style! Sophia's Style is an adorable online children's boutique, offering a huge selection of boutique style dresses, clothing and accessories for girls, clothing for little boys, and outfits for special occasions!

When we were offered the chance to go on a little Sophia's Style shopping spree, I couldn't wait to see what types of options they had for little boys. I took to their website, and started shopping around for Balian. I was able to quickly and easily search by gender and size, and was met with an array of options for toddler boys clothing and accessories. Selected a couple of t-shirts that I fell in love with, and then added them to my shopping cart, checked out, and waited for these cute tees to arrive by postal mail.

Freestyle Revolution Toddler Tee

My first choice for Balian was the Freestyle Revolution Navy Elephant Tee. I immediately was drawn to the graphic print on this t-shirt. It was pretty cool looking online, and it was definitely unlike anything else Balian already owned. Blue is one of B's favorite colors, so I knew I couldn't go wrong by selecting this navy colored tee, with lighter blue trimmings and accents. Since this is a 100% cotton shirt, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about itchy fabric. I went with a 3T, and hoped for the best as far as fit.

When the tee arrived, Balian was excited to see hiw new elephant shirt, and asked to wear it the following day. I like to wash new clothes before I let B wear them, so I just tossed it into thw washing machine with a load that was going, and then let it tumble dry on low, turned inside-out.

The t-shirt fit perfectly! There was a little room left for growth, which I am always thankful for. The cotton is super creamy, and the weight is sort of perfect for summertime, because it's light, and breathable. In the NC summer heat and humidity, we're definitely in need of soft fabrics that breathe, and absorb! Balian loves the t-shirt, and it's in a two week rotation of his top favorite tees!

Tangerine Tree Grey Turtle Print Tee

I went with a second t-shirt choice for Balian, from Sophia's Style, this time from Tangerine Tree. When I saw the smokey- grey t-shirt with green accents, and then realize it was a turtle that was printed on the front, I figured it was likely to be a big hit, as well! Balian fell in love with turtles after we visited a turtle farm in Grand Cayman back in January, so I knew he would love this adorable tee.

The t-shirt itself features a bright green turtle, with light blue accents behind it. I really liked the way it looked with the outer green stitching, and was excited to see it on Balian!

A great choice- Balian loves his turtle tee!

Like the cute elephant tee, this turtle tee is super creamy and soft, made from yummy organic cotton. It's so soft, it's almost silky. Balian loves the large turtle print, and asks me to pull out pictures of the turtle farm, every time he wears this shirt! It's a great fabric for summertime, just like the elephant tee- nice and light, but super absorbant.

Both of these t-shirts are adorable in their own right (to me), and make Balian feel like a super cool big boy. I love that he's not walking around, wearing the same t-shirts that all of the other little boys his age are wearing. Sophia's Style offers lots of styles that are unique, and which you won't find carbon copies of everywhere you go.
