We're continuing our 365 Acts of Kindness today, encouraging everyone to do one nice thing for someone else every day, for the next year. It doesn't have to be random- you can certainly be kind to someone you know, or a complete stranger. The idea is to pass love around- help someone else out, and inspire them to do the same. Sometimes, we have to change to be the change we want to see in this world.
Every Monday, we're posting a weekly roundup of Acts of Kindness, where you can share how you've helped others, or how others have blessed you by their acts.
My Act of Kindness from Last Week:
I acidentally wound up with two copies of the same children's movie, so instead of returning it, I went across the street and gave it to my new neighbors, who have three little girls. It made me happy to imagine the smiles on their faces when their mom presented them with a new DVD to enjoy.
This is Week 21 of this special Bloggers & Readers Challenge, and I am so eager to read everyone's comments on how they were able to offer kindness, or how they received kindness from someone else last week.
Be sure to leave us your comment, and keep spreading the love around! You never know- your comment might be featured in next week's post, or we might randomly show kindness to one our our readers!!
Thanks for participating!

That was so sweet of you! I was planning on sharing some DVDs I won, but I never got them! I won 3 copies of the new Nim's Island and got one :( Today my act of kindness will be not tossing any of my preschool class over the fence at recess time :) Though now it looks like rain so by the time I go in we may have to stay inside...which will take even more kindness on my part! The kids are stir crazy!
ReplyDeleteLol- praying for a bit of sunshine around recess time! :)

ReplyDeleteThat is super--there is nothing like making someones day when they least expect it. Last week I entered a giveaway were a mixed batch of prizes and I won--my prize happened to be a few jars of baby food well we don't have a need for it so I took it to a family at church who just had a baby--They were so appreciative...both parents sent me a TY text during the week. The littlest action can make someones day.
