Aurora World Review and Giveaway

When we moved into our house, we let Beckett pick a theme for the Jack and Jill bathroom that he shares with his sister. She was still a baby at the time and didn't have much of a design opinion. Wisely, he chose something that went together and has maintained the cool factor over the past three years-pirates and mermaids. Scarlett has loved pink mermaids from the time she realized what they were and still continues to do so.

Recently we were contacted by a company we have worked with before, Aurora World.

Of course, Scarlett was thrilled with this opportunity and we got right to work choosing her favorite.

Sea Sparkles is a line of shimmery, shiny mermaids and sea creatures that come in a variety of size options (the newest being 10", 18", 27", and 38"). Each mermaid has long yarn hair, decorative jewels, and colorful clothing. They range in price from $8-$70 depending on size and are suitable for children 3 and older.

18" MARINNA is a beautiful mermaid doll with blonde flowing hair and sparkly pink fin and turquoise jewel. Marinna retails for $15.

We loved her from the minute she came out of the box. She has been to tea parties, on car rides, visiting cousins, and playing with the other dolls in the house. She is incredibly cute with her soft pink streaked blonde hair too. Her sparkly tail and shiny turquoise jewel make her extra special.

Scarlett loves her Marinna doll, but has actually renamed her Star, because she is so shiny. She makes a great gift for the little girl who loves mermaids or just dolls in general. She is affordable, cute, and totally girly. She also has some awesome friends-Merissa, Meriel, and Morgana.
