Lemongrass Spa with Crissie Review and Giveaway

MBP March Spotlight Sponsor
I am certainly convinced winter will never end in Indiana. We have actually been in Spring for almost a week now, but overnight we were graced with almost 7 inches of snow. Yes, snow. My skin and the kiddos skin has taken a beating, especially the past month or so with the back and forth of temperatures and precipitation. We are always looking for lotions and easy on the skin products to keep them from getting dry, chapped, and hurting. Lucky for us, we have many connections who can offer us amazing products just for our troubled areas.
Lemongrass Spa is a Home Party/Direct Sales company that offers natural bath, body, and skin care products. You can read the Lemongrass Spa story here to find out just how it came to be. Lemongrass Spa also knows how to Make A Difference in the world, check out their inspirational work.
Crissie just recently joined the MBP Spotlight Sponsor group, so I had not had the chance to work with her yet. I was happy to connect with her and can't wait to work with her again in the future. She is so excited to be a part of our group and we are thankful she is too!
Crissie was sending me a package of goodies to try and was very generous. She sent me a variety of products to try and share with our readers. I couldn't wait to get the mail.
My Lemongrass Spa package has arrived!
I was greeted by a "Hello Stephanie" note from Crissie, thanks!

My note contained a list of all that could be found in this pink bubble package, don't let the size fool you, it is filled with Lemongrass Spa goodies.
My first find inside my package was Lemongrass Spa Baby Lotion.
This 2 ounce travel size will be perfect for my diaper bag when baby gets here. I love the light green label with a cute little teddy bear, this just screams baby. It would be great to stick in a baby shower gift too and is also available in an 8 ounce pump too. The Lemongrass Spa Baby Lotion is a new formula that is paraben, phthalates, and fragrance free and contains lavender and vanilla essential oils.
I have had some super dry skin thanks to our never ending winter weather. I decided to try out the Baby Lotion just to see how it would do on an adult. I was very pleased with how smoothly it goes on, not greasy feeling at all, and quickly refreshed my dry hands. I know delicate baby skin will be safe and sound using this fantastic lotion.
The next product I tried was the Lemongrass Spa Lotion and Massage Bar in Grapefruit Lily.
The bar comes in both a tin and refill pack. It is a nice solid 40 gram bar made with a blend of cocoa butter, beeswax, and almond oil. The Lemongrass Spa Grapefruit Lily Lotion and Massage Bar is great to keep out for an after shower moisturizer.
I like to use it on the bottom of my feet, it quickly smoothes my rough parts and freshens them up, feels like a mini spa treatment for them. The Lotion absorbs right into my skin and doesn't feel greasy but soft and clean. I also should try it on my dry tummy, I am sure it would make it feel less itchy and more refreshed. The scent is very light and pleasant, I like the fruity feel to it. It is also available in 3 other scents-Spearmint Eucalyptus, Sonoran Rain, and Lavender Vanilla.

The third product was wonderful to see, I was almost out of my usual and hadn't had a chance to replenish yet, Lemongrass Spa Organic Mascara.

The Organic Mascara is made of a natural formula and enhanced with chamomile, coffee, and rice extracts. It is smudge proof, water resistant, paraben and phthalate free.
I couldn't wait to try out the mascara, I always am on the hunt for one that will give me thick, beautiful lashes but everything seems to fall short of what they claim.
Check out my results:
My lashes were much longer, fuller, and darker because of the Lemongrass Spa Organic Mascara. I was very pleased with the results and continue to like using it.

My fourth product was the Lemongrass Spa Body Icing in Sugar Lily.
This 1 ounce container is a travel size and also available in 6 ounce. It is a thicker, non greasy, fast absorbing lotion formulated with aloe, shea, and capuacu butter. It contains no nut oils, gluten, parabens, or synthetic colors and has a very light vanilla scent. It is available in a variety of different fragrances as well.
This is a great after shower finish. It is very soothing lotion and I have been using it on my belly and feet. They both feel smooth and silky and very hydrated.
The final product in my package was the Lemongrass Spa Travel Face Care Kit
This cute little snap close pack includes everything I need for a quick on the go facial. A 1 ounce Gentle Cleansing Gel, a Lavender Facial Soap Bar,  Hydrating Eye Creme, Pomegranate Facial Polish, and Gentle Face Creme. The one I was sent is for sensitive and dry skin types (perfect for my current problem areas) but is also available in normal and oily/blemished skin types too.
This pack is perfect for my travel bag and everything is small enough that I could have it in my carry on for an airplane. The directions are super simple and afterwards leaves you completely refreshed. Each item is used in small doses so a little will go a long way. My favorite is the Eye Creme, it wakes me up and makes me look more awake, which I need these days.
