I can hardly believe that Valentine's Day is just around the corner. It seems like I just packed up all of our Christmas decor, and now we're looking to February. My husband and I have never really gone crazy over Valentine's Day, but I seem to be paying a little bit more attention to it, now that we have a little man in the house. We don't have a lot of space at home, and too much holiday decor can quickly clutter up a home, so I try to find nice little holiday decor items that will accent my color schemes, and current decor. This Valentine's Day, I had a little help dressing up my living room!

I've been a huge Scentsy fan for a long time, but until this month, I didn't own an actual Scentsy warmer. I've tried just about every other Scentsy product available, but their mid-sized warmers. I wasn't exactly sure what Kim was going to send, other than knowing that she wanted to send and warmer and bar, so I couldn't wait to see what was waiting inside my box from Scentsy (and Kim)!

When I unpacked my Scentsy box, I was pleased to find a Full-Sized Scentsy Warmer, and a pink colored Scentsy Bar! Kim chose to send me the incredibly beautiful Be Mine Warmer and Happy Go Lucky Scentsy Bar.

Every Scentsy Warmer is carefully packaged in an individual box, and includes detailed instructions for use.

The first thing I did, was to open up the box containing the Scentsy Warmer, and check out my new warmer! I was dazzled by the brilliant red color of the actual warmer, and loved the little details and embellishments, as well! The Be Mine Warmer is the Warmer of the Month in January and very special!

Before I could use my new Be Mine Warmer, I wanted to be sure that I read through the instructions. I have lots of warmers from different companies, but that doesn't mean that they're all the same.

How It Works

Using your new Scentsy warmer is simple!

Our authentic Scentsy warmers use a low-watt bulb to slowly melt specially formulated wax.

With no flame, smoke, or soot, the Scentsy wickless candle system is a safe way to enjoy Scentsy fragrances.

Step 1: Plug it in, and then turn it on.

Step 2: Place one or more sections of the Scentsy Bar into the warming dish.

Step 3: Enjoy!

Once I was sure that I was comfortable with the instructions, and ready to use my warmer, I screwed in the bulb (comes with the warmer), and picked out a spot for the warmer to live in my family room. I chose a spot that's not really accessible by my two-year-old, because the warmer does contain hot, melted wax that could potentially burn him, if touched- but a spot where it would be seen and enjoyed by myself, family, and friends.

I placed my new warmer in the back corner, on one of my end tables, out of reach from my son. I love it in this spot, because it's out of his reach, but I can still see it.

The rich red color of the warmer blends well with the red in my curtains and accent pillows in the family room, and it adds sparkle and a little glam to my otherwise subdued room. Of course, once the warmer was in the right spot, it was time for me to add a couple of pieces of a Scentsy Bar to it. Happy Go Lucky is the Scentsy Fragrance of the Month for January, and I am so glad that Kim chose to end it to me!

I have a small collection of Scentsy Bars, and I love all of the scents! I almost always use Scentsy Bars in every warmer of the house, because their scents are so nice, and long lasting, too! I've been using a lot of wintery scents lately- like peppermints, cookies, coffee, etc- so Happy Go Lucky was a welcome change of pace. This sweet and subtle fragrance offers up a blend of luscious red berries, silky orchid, and Japanese plum floating on a cloud of amber vanilla.

Scentsy has such an incredible collection of fragrances, that it's really hard for my to pick a few favorites. The Happy Go Lucky Bar absolutely gets my vote for one of the top ten scents! Other favorites in our house are Route 66, Raspberry Vanilla, Pumpkin Roll, among others.
