Hey everyone... this Christmas is sort of different than those from years past, for me. You see, I've broken some toes and am having to stay off of my fet as much as possible to allow time for those toes to properly heal before we pack up and head to Tampa, FL to board a Carnival Cruise Ship in early January and take to the seas for seven days.

I was so in the holiday spirit- couldn't wait to decorate, shop, bake, wrap gifts, come up with fun activities for my son... and when I crushed my toes, it crushed my spirit, too. So, I am hobbling along, trying to be good and use a crutch around the house, which Balian just thinks is a fun new toy. Hey- he definitely keeps my life interesting. We were able to get a few decorations up, got our tree last weekend (which I was able to  help decorate for a few minutes), and today, we'll try to do a litle holiday shopping (because we really haven't started yet- yikes!).

I thought I'd share a few Christmas pics, and let you know that even though I haven't really written a personal blog post lately (can you tell I've been slammed with awesome posts to write for you!?), I am still here, and thinking of all of you this holiday season.
