Does this ever happen to you... you're home one morning or afternoon, and you do a lot of looking around at your furniture, and furniture placement. Suddenly, you get this itch... an itch to change things, and you absolutely have to scratch! I get this itch about once a year- maybe twice, even. Sometimes, I feel that making a simple change to an area of our home, can change my mood, open up the space, or make it seem a little more cozy. A few weeks ago, I started getting an itch to find a new chair for our living room. We have a large couch, and one arm chair... and a big, empty space. I'd love to put a new chair in that empty space, and sort of finish pulling our living room together, because right now, it just looks unfinished.

My husband, however, won't settle for just any chair. He'll want it to be something sleek, cool, and modern. After I mentioned wanting a new chair, he started poking around online, and found a few designs he really loved. He loves leather chairs, especially lounge chairs, so he was delighted when we stumbled across this beautiful Charles Eames Chair...

This is my hubby's dream chair!

Leather and metal- a sleek, contemporary combination. Part of me wants to hold up a 'bachelor pad' sign in front of my husband's face, but the other part of me actually likes the modern design. I know my husband would love to sit in this chair and kick back, with his feet resting on the ottoman, while watching television, playing a video game, or reading.

The other area of my home that could stand to have some furniture switched out, is my dining room. We have a big, farmhouse table that seats eight people, and all of our chairs are sort of mis-matched. I would a set of stylish, matching chairs for this table, so that when we have family dinners, everyone can be comfortably seated!

I love these beautiful leather dining chairs! I could go with several different colors of leather in my dining room, and luck for me, these lovelies are available in brown, white, and even deep red! I know my guests would be super comfortable sitting in these chairs!

Oh, and I need an office chair. Yeah- I'm finally getting the office space I need in my bedroom, and I'll need a comfy chair to sit in while I'm working!
