Pink Papaya Toetini Set (Review & Giveaway)

 MBP- Americana Review
Made in the USA!

It's the perfect time of year to get those tootsies in shape, and pamper yourself while doing it. I've been wearing sandals for months, now. Really, I live in my Rainbow flip flops year-round. Maybe it's just a North Carolina thing, but that's the way it goes around here. Since had no real winter this year, there was no reason not to sport my favorite leather flops- they're comfy and they go with everything. My toes, however, are a different story. In my busy world, my body gets neglected. My toenails are rarely looking their best anymore, because I just don't have the time to make them beautiful myself, and don't want to spend the money to go to the nail spa for a pedicure.

Brought to you by Carrie Green, Independent Consultant

MBP friend and Pink Papaya Independent Consultant Carrie Green wanted to show me a luxurious, pampering and affordable way to keep my feet looking good all year round. Carrie sent me the Toetini Travel Set, and of course, I couldn't wait to use it!

Pink Papaya is a little bit newer to the world of Direct Sales, but they are one of my favorite DS companies. They offer lovely spa and pampering products, which are natural, and made right here in the USA. Pink Papaya also offers a line of skincare, cosmetics, and a line exclusively for men- the Murray Hill Collection.

Toetini Travel Set by Pink Papaya...

Pink Papaya's Pinktini line of products are travel kits, meant to be easily tossed into a bag and to hit the road, air or sea with you! These kits include the Bathtini Set, Toetini Set, Facetini Set, and Aromatini Set. Each set contains four products, and they are all less than 3 oz's, so they can go into a carry on bag, meeting travel regulations.

I loved the cute, convenient size of the Toetini Set from Pink Papaya. It came with a little jar of Blackberry Fig Foot Scrub, Fig Leaves Foot Cream (with sweet almond oil), a spa quality pedicure polishing brush, and foot mist.

My travels are probably over for the summer. We had a two week beach vacation, which started Memorial Day weekend. We may throw in a little road trip here or there, but I can guarantee that I will be traveling again in the fall. Though I'm not hitting the road again for a while, I have been using my Pink Papaya Toetini Set at home, and I'm glad to have it. All of my pedicure products are pretty old!

Blackberry Fig Foot Scrub. Looks so inviting!

I wanted to start off by trying out the Blackberry Fig Foot Scrub, so I just took that into the shower with me. What I really love about this foot scrub is that you can see the little bits of leaves and seeds within the jar of the scrub. It smelled divine, and I gently massaged the scrub into my skin- on the tops and bottoms of my feet. They instantly felt smoother and I knew that this foot scrub would be a keeper! I was surprised that the residue from the foot scrub didn't leave my feet, or the bottom of my bath tub all slippery.

Pedicure tool every woman needs! This is even great for the guys!

The next day, I took the pedicure brush into the bathroom with me. I moistened my feet, then dried them with a towel. This got my skin all soft and ready to be buffed. One side of the pedicure brush has a pumice stone attached to it, so I rubbed all of the dead skin and callouses off of my feet. Then, when I got into the shower, I used the reverse side of the brush to help scrub away dirt. My feet always end up black from my black sandals, and they get super dirty from playing out in the yard with my son. This handy brush is just the tool I need for daily upkeep. It has a little rope, looped on the end, so I can keep it hanging from my shower caddy and just grab it when I need it.

After my shower, I wanted to seal in the softness from my rub-down, and cleanse. So, I grabbed the jar of Fig Leaves Foot Cream and slathered my tootsies. My feet were instantly cooled, and felt like they were wrapped in silk. The almond oil left my feet feeling smooth and silky all day long, and because I loved the foot cream so much, my husband couldn't wait to try it! He loves to have his feet slathered in foot creams and butters, and he absolutely loved the way the Fig Leaves Foot Cream felt, and smelled!

As for the refreshing Foot Mist, it's a must-have this summer! Really, it's a must-have for any time of year. My sandals are old, and smelly, but I love them. I refuse to give them up or trade them for a new pair, because they're extremely comfortable. I don't want to offend anyone, though, so mid-day, I've just been spritzing my tootsies with the foot mist. The foot mist sort of revives my feet. I'm on them all day long- cleaning, playing, standing up, leaning across the table, answering e-mails, etc. So, it's nice to have a little pick-me-up for my feet when they feel like they just can't take the torture anymore. The foot mist also leaves my feet smelling clean and sweet, so I don't have to worry about shoe stinkies bothering anyone if I'm heading out later in the afternoon or evening.

Every gal deserves to have the Toetini Travel Set in her summer beauty bag!

I would definitely recommend the Toetini set to any gal who wants a convenient, affordable way to pamper her feet on the road, or at home. Are you taking a trip this summer that will require a lot of walking? If so, you'll definitely want to have this set in your travel bag- and here's a tip: put the foot mist in your purse or bag, so you can freshen up your tired feet while you're on the go!

  5. Hi Carrie,

How did you get involved in Pink Papaya? What made you choose this company rather than any other independent consultant company? I've been thinking about becoming an consultant for Jamberry Nails or Mary Kay. Convince me to choose Pink Papaya instead. :-)

    1. Hi Laura!
Thanks so much for asking. I was a user of the products for a year before I joined. I absolutely loved the products and saw how happy my friend was working for this company! Natural and made in the USA were a big draw for me. Pink Papaya also has an amazing philanthropy program. For every Pinktini sold, we donate one to a woman in need. There are many women's shelters supported through this program. Pink Papaya is a company that truly empowers women with a supportive community of home office staff and consultants. I've done other direct sales, and I've never experienced such a helpful and supportive environment from my fellow consultants! Pink Papaya is only in it's 6th year with around 1100 consultants, so if you're looking to build a team, this is the perfect time! I would be happy to send you more information!

  9. Can you explain how aromotini works?

    1. The aromatini we offer features two of our aromatherapy scents-lavendar sweet orange or cherry blossom bamboo, but CBB does retire at the end of this month. Our aromatherapy line is designed to stimulate your senses, create a spa environment at home, and maintain inner balance with 100% pure essential oils expressed from fruits and flowers. The aromatini includes body wash, body lotion, body mist, and a massage candle.

  10. Thanks for the giveaway Carrie! :D

  11. i'd like to try the BATHTINI kit! so fun!

  12. Oh & Carrie: are your products soy or gluten free?

    1. Thanks for asking, Aleasa. For both, I provide ingredient lists to customers and do recommend to customers to look at the ingredients list themselves. However, the short and sweet answer is....
Soy- the following products contain it:
      Lush Lips
      Hand Treatment Candles
      Lotion Candles
      Massage Oil
      Body Butters
      Shea Butter Hand Creme
      Sweet Body Sugar Scrub

Gluten- essentially, the majority of our products are gluten free with two exceptions:
      Body washes
      Facial toner
There is a wheat protein in both.
If you'd like more information in the form of ingredient lists for products, I would be happy to get them to you!
