Mustela Double Action Stretch Mark Cream (Review)

I hate stretch marks. I went through my entire pregnancy with little to no stretch marks, and then after the birth of my son, there they were- in all of their white, purple-y stretchy glory. As someone who is seldom pleased with the way they look, these markings seemed like the icing on the cake of my recently-wrecked body. Almost two years after the birth of my son, many of my stretch marks have faded, but there are still a few stubborn ones that remain.

I've tried a lot of pretty expensive stretch mark treatments, and have been minimally pleased with the results. So, when I was contacted and asked to review Mustela 9 Months Double Action Stretch Mark Cream, I was pretty up for it. Fed up with these ugly, unwanted mommy markings, I was ready to take the Mustela challenge.

My stretch marks are only just barely visible after using the

Mustela Double Action Stretch Mark Cream!

I received the Mustela Double Action Stretch Mark Cream a few weeks ago, and I have been using it pretty faithfully. I put it on after my morning shower, so it can work its magic during the length of the day. Since I'm no longer pregnant, and am way more than just a couple of months post-pregnancy, I only use this 2-3 times a week. I love the cool sensation that my skin feels when I apply the lotion, and I also love the light fragrance! In the few weeks that I have used this stretch mark cream, I have actually noticed my lines and markings starting to fade. Now, let me be clear- I did not have large, noticeable stretch marks to begin with... they were pretty small, and faint. Now, I hardly see them at all, which I am super glad for!

I wish that I had known about Mustela products while I was pregnant. I could have started using the Double Action Stretch Mark Cream while pregnant, and may not have even ended up with any stretch marks at all! Mustela also offers other amazing products for mommies and babes:
