One of my favorite things about summer is getting together with family and friends. With get-togethers, comes food, and in the case of my family- we like lots of it! We recently got back from our annual family beach trip. There were seven of us under one roof, and for the first time in a long time, my parents decided that they wanted to buy a lot of pre-made snacks and meals, to make it easier on all of us. I wasn't about argue. With a toddler on the move, the last thing I wanted to worry about was who was going to keep an eye on Balian while I was in the kitchen- cooking, and cleaning up.


 We decided early in the week that we would probably have a spaghetti night, so that seemed like just the right time to try a delicious new snack from one of my favorite snack brands, Farm Rich.

I'm sure you've tried some of the delicious frozen snacks from Farm Rich. If you haven't tried them, you've probably at least seen them in the freezer section of your favorite grocery store. Farm Rich was super nice, and sent me a coupon to redeem for a free Farm Rich product of my choosing.

So, while we were at the beach, we headed to the grocery store, me with the Farm Rich coupon in hand. When I found the Farm Rich products, I had a hard time deciding which one to choose. I have always been a fan of their yummy Cheese Sticks, but there were lots of other yummy-looking snacks there, too, like: quesadillas, meatballs, mushrooms, pretzel bites, etc! I decided to go with the Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks, but these aren't just any old mozzarella sticks- they're marinara stuffed! I love marinara sauce with my cheese sticks, but find that it can be a pain to have to separately heat sauce, just to have some to dip the cheese sticks in. Farm Rich is pretty clever- putting the sauce in the mozzarella stick!

I checked out, purchasing the family-size bag of Mozzarella Sticks, and headed back to the beach house to bake them! There had to have been at least 25 mozzarella sticks in our bag. They were easy to bake- I just pre-heated the oven as directed, and then emptied the contents of the bag onto a cookie sheet, and baked for a few minutes (I think fifteen). The whole house smelled like yummy baked cheese within a few minutes.




 Here I am, and then there's my husband... stuffing our faces with the delicious Mozzarella Sticks, filled with Marinara! 
No complaints!

Hey, don't judge... we were on vacation!

After the oven timer went off, I removed the Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara from the oven, and let them cool. They were a nice, golden brown color, and when I cut through one of them with a fork, they were crunchy on the outside, and nice and cheesy on the inside. After they had cooled a little, it was time for the taste test! The whole crew came into the kitchen to taste them. Everyone agreed that they were delicious. My husband and my brother-in-law decided that they preferred their cheese sticks without the sauce in them, but the rest of us loved biting into the Mozzarella Sticks, and tasting the breading, the cheese and the marinara sauce, all in one bite. No messes to clean up, either- it was one of the easiest snacking experiences, ever. Our littlest taste-tester, Balian, approved of them, too, and promptly asked for more 'Cheese.'
