May is in full swing and so are all the beautiful flowers in yards, gardens, and hair. Hair, you ask? Yes, hair. Flower hair accessories are extremely popular and of course Scarlett has a large variety to choose from. We recently added a new flower to our collection, but this one is a bit extra special because it comes from a company, cutely and appropriately named Flower Head.

Flower Head

Flower Head is owned by a mom named Ashley, and all creations are handmade by her, with help from her young daughter. Together they design, organize the inventory, and her daughter is also her model. They also are involved with St. Jude's Children's Hospital and do a fundraiser through Flower Head, this takes place in the Fall, more information is included in the Want It? Buy It! section below.  I love the fact that Ashley is sharing her talents, business sense, and being involved with a cause, with her daughter, such a great outlook for the future generations.

Ashley was wonderful to work with. She immediately contacted me to figure out Scarlett's age and hair and eye color to customize a Flower Head perfect for her. She also kept me very up to date about when our Flower Head would arrive, we were excited.


In less than a week, our Flower Head had arrived.
Ashley included an order slip with all Flower Head's contact information, including the St. Jude information. What a great donation in your family's name.

Our Flower Head is super duper cute! The hat is a pink knit, with a large blue jeweled flower, and green stretchable ruffled ribbon along the bottom edge. The colors are perfect for S's complexion and colorings, plus pink is her favorite color, so the girl LOVES it!!

 She is one girly, girl. Once her hair grows out more, this Flower Head will be even cuter on her.


Ashley makes each Flower Head with a colored knit hat, adds a jeweled flower, bow, or ostrich puff, and a stretchable ruffled ribbon. She can also custom make a Flower Head to match a specific outfit, just contact her for details and questions. Ashley will come up with something perfect for you! They are a nice, quality, hair accessory that will make you stand out in the crowd.
