Easy BBQ sandwiches

For those of you looking to take your meals outdoors, here is an easy recipe that is perfect for any BBQ or picnic!
  • 1 to 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Hamburger buns
Directions: Place chicken breast in a slow cooker, topped with the onion slices and barbeque sauce. Set the slow cooker to "low" and cook for 8 hours. After the chicken is cooked through, shred it with a fork. Add chicken to the hamburger buns and enjoy. Or pack your BBQ mix along with chips, potato salad, and a few cookies for dessert, in a cooler to take with you on a family picnic.
