In trying to keep myself looking my best, I sometimes forget about my little sweetheart! Boys are so messy, and it seems almost impossible to keep little babes clean 24/7! We spend our day wiping hands, and the face clean, as they get covered in everything from crayons to spaghetti sauce! While the wet wipes are handy during the day, I often wonder what's left behind? When Balian was smaller, we could get away with bathing him every other day, but now, he has to have a bath every night, and depending on what his meals may have consisted of, we sometimes have to give two baths a day!

Bath time is usually lots of fun at our house, but after bath time can be completely un-fun if I have used something that is irritating to Balian's sensitive skin. Sometimes, even the gentlest, safest-seeming baby products do a number on him, causing rashes, etc... and when Balian ends up with a rash, it's not pretty!

I am so happy to know of a wonderful product that I can trust and rely on when it comes to getting Balian clean, and protecting his sensitive skin. The Green Alligator Aloe Baby Soap features ingredients such as Saponified Organic Oils of Palm, Coconut, Olive and Palm Kernel, Natural Lavender Essential Oil Blend, Organic Lavender Oil, Organic Aloe Vera and Rosemary Extract. The aloe is soothing and healing to baby's skin. Balian is not without bumps and scrapes (he's becoming a very brave little boy!), so having the gently aloe within the soap is wonderful! The oils help to keep baby's skin soft and smooth, and the lavender releases a natural calming and soothing fragrance. This absolutely helps Balian relax and calm down before bed time, which I am so, so thankful for! I have tried different lavender bath bubbles, claiming they are gentle and safe for sensitive skin, but none of them have been gentle enough for Balian. With the Green Alligator Aloe Baby Soap from Celadon Road, I can trust that Balian's skin will be soft, smooth and rash-free after his bath.

The other thing that I really love about the Green Alligator Aloe Baby Soap is that it actually gets Balian clean. I don't have to 'scrub' at his skin- I just gently sweep the soap over his skin, or get a nice lather with his froggy sponge, and the dirt, food mess gently wipes and washes away. Balian loves the way the bar of soap feels as it tickles his back! I even use the soap to wash Balian's hair, and it leaves his baby fine hair soft and clean! I love that I have a clean and happy baby after bath time!

The Green Alligator Aloe Baby Soap smells so good- I almost hate to use it. I could just leave it sitting out on the bathroom counter, letting the lavender and rosemary permeate the bathroom! I love that it comes packaged in its own little box, made of recycled paper. I will toss it into my mixed paper recycling container this week.
