Do You Bake with Jennifer Vega

My kitchen is smelling really wonderful right about now. I just finished baking something from one of our February Spotlight Sponsors. Yes, yes I know it is now March and this was supposed to be in February, but cut me a little slack, February was 2 days shorter than the other months and it has been so nice outside. I am pleased to bring you, Do You Bake with Jennifer Vega.

Jennifer sent us Lemon Cream Bread Mix and Garlic Asiago Dip Mix

The packaging is very simple and contains both ingredient and nutritional information right on them. Baking and cooking directions are also on the packaging along with Jennifer's contact information. All of Do You Bake's products are 100% natural, hand packed, fresh, and locally sourced. There are no additives or preservatives, so shelf life for Do You Bake products is about 9 months.

Fresh out of the oven, my favorite part was adding Lemonade over the top of the freshly cooked bread, YUM!

The Lemon Cream Bread was a huge hit for all 4 of us. We had it for snack, breakfast, and anywhere in between. It didn't last long in our kitchen. It was so simple to follow the directions and whip it up. I love the Lemony flavor and the fact that the mix was 100% natural. The Lemon Cream Bread retails for $8 on the Do You Bake website.

We have not tried the Garlic Asiago Dip Mix yet. I am saving it for NCAA March Madness. We always have a 3 day get together to watch the games, eat snacks, and root for our favorites. I know this dip will be yummy on chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies. It is really easy to whip up, just add the dry mix to 1 cup of sour cream, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve. Easy enough for me!
