When it comes to keeping my home smelling nice and fresh, I often end up trying a lot of different freshening products and coming out of the experience feeling disappointed. Many fresheners are expensive, and in the end, they're not worth the money spent.

Lucky for me, I was recently given the chance to review some new Glade Expressions products! Glade has been around for years, and though I've seen their products in the store a million times, and have enjoyed their commercials, I have never really ever purchased anything other than regular old room freshener in a spray can from them- mainly because I just didn't want to unnecessarily spend extra money on air fresheners.

The new Glade Expressions Collection is the latest addition  to the award winning Glade portfolio of products. This collection is really very nice, and was inspired by sentiments of keeping oneself, home and life in general well-balanced and incorporating a sense of well-being in an ever-changing and increasingly hectic society. This lovely new collection features two really wonderful products that everyone is going to want!

I was sent the new Glade Expressions Fragrance Mist in Cotton & Italian Mandarin and also the Glade Expressions Oil Diffuser in Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice. The products feature new, contemporary style designs, which are simple and easy to use, as well as stylish and practical.

The Glade Expressions Fragrance Mist is an easy to use refillable home fragrance spray. I thought that the scent of Cotton and Italian Mandarin would be the perfect scent to use in my bedroom. As spring is being usher in (whether or not I am ready for it), I want my house to feel nice, open and airy- and with that, should come a fresh, clean scent. The new fragrance mist from Glade Expressions was super easy to use. I simply gave it a little spritz, and my whole room smelled fresh and clean! I imagine that this fragrance mist will last quite a while. Using just a little at a timer really makes a big difference... a little bit is all you need for a fresh, clean scent that lasts! The sleek design is so nice, too! I can leave this sitting out in my bathroom or inside a decorative basket, and I don't feel embarrassed when people see our 'bathroom spray,' as my husband would call it. I could leave it sitting on a shelf or end table in any room of the house, and it would look just fine.

To use the Glade Expressions Fragrance Mist...

-Spray in any room for a fresh burst of aroma to fill the air and invite life in with a long-lasting fragrance.

-To refill, unscrew the base from the holder and tap it to your palm to remove the refill. Remove the cap from the new refill and slide it into the holder and replace the base.

The Fragrance Mist is also available in Pineapple & Mongosteen, Fuji Apple & Cardamom, and Lavender Mist & Juniper Berry.

I was also sent the new Glade Expressions Oil Diffuser. Now, I love the Fragrance Mist from Glade, but the Oil Diffuser is what I was most excited about getting to try. This is truly a fragrance experience! The holder or diffuser is really very beautifully designed. It's available in either a cream or bamboo paneled design that can really make any room in your home feel very inviting. I received the cream diffuser starter kit in the Fuji Apple and Cardamom scent. It came in a lovely package, in three pieces- the holder, oil bottle and diffuser card. These pieces combined create a long lasting fragrance (for 30 days!) and are wonderful to use in larger areas of your home!

To use the Glade Expressions Oil Diffuser...

-Firmly press the diffuser card into the oil bottle until you hear a 'click,' which activates the scents.

-Insert refill into the holder every thirty days.

How easy is that? I had no problem putting my new diffuser together. I loved the way it looked- but where to put it? I figured the best place for it would be in my bathroom. It's a closed-in space, with no fan built in for ventilation. We keep the doors closed (it connects both bedrooms in our house) to keep Balian out of there and out of trouble! This usually leaves the bathroom smelling sort of stale or musty, simply because it's closed up most of the time. The Oil Diffuser from Glade leaves the bathroom smelling nice and fresh, and I am greeted by a pleasant scent every time I walk in there! Love it!
