I used to be a paper towel junkie- using them for everything under the sun and more... as napkins, to wipe up spills, to clean my stove top, etc. When my husband and I got married, I started going into paper towel withdrawal, because he grew up in a paper towel-free house, and felt that we didn't need to use paper towels. What's a modern wife to do without paper towels?

I missed paper towels even more after Balian was born! Little spills, messy faces and hands, dirty high chair trays, all require paper towel clean up in my eyes.

Not long ago, I came across a really neat company called Skoy. Skoy makes a really neat product called SKOY Cloths, which takes the place of paper towels.

I received a package of the Multi-Use SKOY Cloths to try out in our home. As soon as I opened the package, my husband picked them up, started reading about them, and couldn't wait to test one out! He was very impressed that the cloth was made in Germany. He immediately ran to the kitchen to moisten the cloth and wipe something up with it. Then he called, 'Hey hon, come in here... you have to see this thing!'

I was immediately impressed by the cloth, too! It's so absorbent! It's extremely flexible, yet extremely durable. It's gentle enough to use as a wash rag to clean Balian's messy face after meals! When the cloths gets dirty, they can be tossed right into your washing machine or your dishwasher for cleaning!

That way, I'm not using the orange cloth I used in the bathroom to clean Balian's stuff with until it's fully washed.
