I have never heard of World Coconut Day but there is one and it's September 2nd! I received some wonderful coconut products to help celebrate this recent day. I am a huge coconut lover so was excited to try some of these products that I had never tried before.
I absolutely love the Coconut White Chocolate Macadamia Protein Cookies. I wasn't too sure about a protein cookie but it was so good. It has yummy little chunks of white chocolate. I have eaten both of these cookies throughout the week and they have replaced what I would usually eat as a snack. They are a big cookie so you won't be able to eat the whole think at once. I think they have been very filling! I will be purchasing these to have on hand when I need a quick snack with some protein! We have not tried the Raspberry Coconut Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes yet. I'm sure they will be yummy. Aiden loves the Sparkling Ice drinks but when I offered him the one I received he would not touch it because "I don't like coconut", he tells me. I caught him a few days later drinking it and he says that is was so good. He still doesn't know about liking coconut, but he does like it in the Sparkling Ice drinks and has asked me to buy some in this flavor. My husband has enjoyed the Brooklyn Organic Coconut Ginger Ale. He says it tasted like the beach. I have never seen these around but will look for them again in the store. I think we would enjoy having them to drink. I am going to use the MCT oil in my protein shake every morning. I had heard that it had great health benefits, so I am researching that. I love about anything coconut so I was happy to learn about World Coconut Day and share some wonderful products with our readers.
