I have been spoiled rotten by the fabulous team from Lotus, and they have sent me a bevy of beautiful summer pieces. Many of them are fantastic transition pieces, and others are just gorgeous for enjoying these last warm days of summer in the south!

 Lotus Boutique began its journey back in 1995, with its first brick and mortar store. I received so many gorgeous fashion pieces from Lotus Boutique, and have been having a hard time deciding which ones to wear first! I fell in love with the sunny yellow design of this next dress, and just couldn't wait to dress it up and show it off!

How I wore it:

I love this dress so much! I went with the size medium, because the sizing on the Lotus website said that the size Small (which is the size I normally wear) fits a 0-2. I fall between a 2-4, so I chose to go with the medium size, which fits a 4-6. The dress was a little loose, but to me, it just made it look and feel a bit more flowy. I love the yellow, blue, and white color combination in this dress, and love the butterfly sleeves, which tie at the bottom. I have had a blue beaded necklace and nothing to wear it with for a long time- this dress was the perfect match!

I received many compliments on this dress- it's so cheery! It's a wonderful piece to have as we look toward fall. I think it would also look adorable styled with booties and a denim jacket. I definitely plan on wearing this dress again before the season ends! One of the other things that I love, aside from the design, is that I can move around with ease in this dress. The length is appropriate (not too short), and the fabric is semi-lined, which is always fabulous in my book! This will be one of the first pieces I reach for when spring 2016 rolls around!
