I love photographic art! Josh and I have black and whites all over our apartment. I enjoy photographic art so much I even took photography classes in high school and college so I could make my own. I shoot mostly landscapes and found objects but you can get incredibly creative with that. Brandy Johnston and her husband are prime examples! They make a product that I have been interested in for a long time and have always wanted to own but never treated myself to! Letter art.

I found Brandy’s business, Letters Art, while searching etsy for some cute decorations for our apartment. She was really nice and incredibly willing to work with us here at MBP.

Brandy and her husband make letter art using pictures of found objects and landscapes that look like letters. They own their own framing shop and both share the passion of photography. They have had photographs featured in the magazine Birds and Blooms, on The Weather Channel, in the Peoria Journal Star, the Pekin Times, and many more publications.  

Brandy from was kind enough to send me an 8 x 10 Family Name Letter Art Print. As soon as I received the photo, I framed it and hung it in our dining room. I was originally going to hang it in our bedroom, but I loved it so much I wanted to put it where everyone could see it. We’ve gotten quite a few compliments on it and we’ve only had it a couple weeks.
