Crock-Pot Mac & Cheese

This is the cheesiesteasiest mac and cheese to make. It's a great side dish to take to a covered dish event or family dinner and it is sure to please everyone.

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup whole milk
2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried ground mustard

Directions:

1. Boil macaroni in salted water for about 6 min to slightly cook.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together cheese soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper and ground mustard. Add in shredded cheese and stir.

3. Add partially cooked macaroni to mixture and stir to combine.

4. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add macaroni mixture to crockpot and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Tips:

*You can mix up the cheese that you use. I used 2 cups cheddar and I had some gouda that I threw in there too and it made it really good as well.

*You may want to stir the mac & cheese in the crockpot occasionally. If you have a larger crockpot, the edges might get crispy if you don't stir it. (Which may not necessarily be a bad thing... just saying.)

This is my go-to macaroni and cheese recipe. So easy and so delicious! I like to make it for dinner with cornbread and black eyed peas - yum!

Enjoy
