Boho Box from Peace Love & Wine: The Subscription Box for lovers of curated artisan treasures #Giveaway

Have you ever had a friend pick out a meaningful gift for you that when you received it you just thought "Where did they find this awesome thing?" Well, that's kinda like the feeling you get when you get a Boho Box from Peace Love & Wine.

There are a lot of subscription boxes circulating these days, but there is nothing quite like the Boho Box. The name "Boho" harkens to the term "Bohemian" which means inherently offbeat, unconventional, artistic and free spirited. Free-spirited. That's probably the word I would choose to use to describe this box. The owner of Peace Love and Wine, Tiffany Humfield, is a free-spirit. She likes to call this box the Mermaid Treasure Box as an aka.

Well, that's a pretty accurate description of what I received. It literally was a treasure box, lovingly curated and packed. I found treasure after treasure of unique artisan gifts as I searched through the goodies. Tiffany explained that the philosophy of the Boho Box is a sisterhood of self-care. It's a quirky, unique gift box filled with handmade art, relaxing meditative coloring and pampering items to enhance your "me time".

Here is a breakdown of what I received from my first Boho Box:

1. Handcrafted mermaid chainmaille bracelet (love this!), exclusive to Peace Love & Wine. Made by artisan, math & computer programming teacher Laura Helm of @THREEPINEHILL, San Pedro CA - I absolutely love this bracelet. It is the most unique piece of handmade jewelry I have ever seen. It is so lightweight and just beautiful on.

2. Handcrafted Citrus Bliss Candles by Keri of EKP Candles, Long Beach CA - These smell so amazing - they are soy wax candles and they fill the room with such a lovely scent. I love citrus scents as well.

3. Mermaid Flower Hearts. These are handmade wildflower seed paper! When I first saw them, I was like, oh how adorable! What a nice touch, little paper hearts. Well, then I realized that they are these awesome seed papers that you can soak in water and plant and they grow into wildflowers! How awesome is that?

4. Wine-y Cocktail Napkins. Bohemian, yes, but also for wine lovers. It is Peace, Love and Wine after all.

5. Wine Pourer/Aerator. I love this because I love red wine and you are supposed to "let it breathe" after you open the bottle. This helps to speed up that process. Also, if the wine is already opened and may have gone a little flat, the aerator can "breathe" new life into it! Good looking out, Tiff! (wink wink)

6. Konjac "Under the Sea" Sponge to "love up your face" as Tiffany puts it! Just a little self love here. It's supposed to be the new "it" beauty cleansing tool - move over sonic cleaning brushes! It is a Japanese cleansing tool that gently exfoliates and cleanses your face to leave your skin glowing. Niiiiice.

7. Signature Peace Love and Wine Mermaid Print Card, hand painted in Long Beach, CA by artist Katie Phillips. Because, we are part of the club now and we are all mermaids at heart. Love!

8. Un-Wine'd Meditative Coloring Card. Um, look at this...(see below)... is that not cute or what!?

9. Mermaid Ink - a set of coloring pens to color your worries away. Instructions include: Light your candles and write a love note to your favorite wine sister. It's all about the love, people!

I really loved getting my Boho Box from Peace Love & Wine. I was so pleasantly surprised by all of the sweet and thoughtful gifts inside. I especially appreciated that most of the products were handmade by artisans. It made me feel like I had just visited an Arts & Crafts fair and found all of these awesome products.

The subscription works like this: Peace Love & Wine sends out a quarterly full sized box with 4-5 full sized treasures and a yoga shirt or t-shirt. On other months within the quarter, they send a smaller package with sweet items like meditative coloring cards and other self care items. You can sign up for a quarterly package or an annual package (and receive a discount). You can also gift a Boho Box subscription to your favorite people. (Awwww!)
