Orange Chicken #tastytiptuesday

You guys know I am a crock pot loving gal!  I have found another recipe that my family really enjoyed!  You guys also know that I stink at getting all the picutres I need.  I don't have a picture of the finished product because it smelled so good and we were so hungry that I totally forgot.  We have only had this once but it will definetly be going onto our regualr dinner list.  It was very simple and very good.  I served it with rice and Aiden said it tasted like the chicken at the Chinese restaruant that we go to sometimes.

Crockpot Orange Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts ( I used tenderloins so I used more)
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 cup orange marmalade

Cook chicken in crockpot for 3 hours on high.  Drain juices.  You can cut chicken into cubes at this time and put back into crockpot.  Mix together BBQ sauce, marmalade, and soy sauce.  Pour over chicken and cook for 30 more minutes on high.  Serve over rice or pasta.

Let me know if you give this a try.  I'd love to know what you think and I would love to have your favorite crockpot recipes.  I'm always looking for new things to try!!
