My thoughts...
I had planned to watch this movie with my husband, but with his work schedule we have not had a night to sit down together. So I decided I'd go ahead and check it out. I don't watch to many movies, or TV for that matter. Of course, I have heard of Al Pacino but I don't know too much about him. I do love Jennifer Garner so was glad she was in this film.
After the first few minutes of this film, I knew it wasn't something I was going to be able to finish. It is defiantly an adult movie with adult issues. It is rated R and had alcohol and drug abuse scenes. Some of the language is not what I prefer to hear when watching a movie. I watched about half of the movie and Pacino in every scene carries the movie. I thought Jennifer Garner sparkled in her small role. Overall good performances for what I watched even though some scenes contained things I personally didn't care to watch.
This movie seems to be getting good reviews, so if you like Al Pacino you will want to watch this one and make your own judgments on the film.
